City Life, Milan

During the years of conceptions and development for the new part of City Life we were requested to provide a project idea for Piazza Tre Torri.

Because of the new metro line, the location had to be necessarily put at a height of 5 meters from the original level, with the goal to mitigate the new commercial heights.

This snag led to the idea to create a “crack”, that is an opening below the square itself in order to host and give light to the commercial spaces and offer a new visual prospective towards the three future skyscrapers foreseen in the area.
