20 Jan Architectural project for new residences on the Naviglio
An abandoned residual volume allows us to redevelop an area of great value as residential because it directly overlooks the Martesana canal. Respecting the boundaries, we have developed the residential units inside two envelopes choosing as “skin” the use of typical materials of the Lombard tradition, that is the “pietra di ceppo” and the Lombard yellow colour “intonato” revisited in a contemporary key.
Particular attention has been given to the views of the Martesana, especially the gardens and private terraces/green roofs.
